High resolution book cover image download instructions

1. Wait for the image to download in the browser completely.
2. Right-click (Mac users ctrl-click) the image.
3. Choose 'Save Picture As...' / 'Save Image As...' (varies according to browser).
4. Select destination on your hard drive and save the image.
5. When you are finished, close this window to return to the previous window.
